At Costar Nature, we build gear to withstand the elements while honoring our commitment to the planet. We stand behind the quality and functional design of every product we create.

Warranty Coverage

Compania de Intermediacion Internacional Codiisa S.A. warrants all Costar Nature products to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product without charge, or replace it at our discretion.

What is Covered: Zipper malfunctions, hardware breakage, seam failures, and material defects.

What is Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, damage caused by improper use, or unauthorized modifications.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover natural color fading or material breakdown caused by prolonged, excessive exposure to UV light (sun-bleaching), or damage caused by the use of harsh chemical cleaners.

Sustainability Note: In alignment with our authentic environmental purpose, we prioritize repairs over replacements whenever possible to keep gear in the field and out of landfills.

2. Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your outdoor gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Shipping: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact support@costarnature.net with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA).

3. Product Care Guide

Extend the Life of Your Gear

Proper care ensures your Costar Nature gear stays functional for years to come, reducing environmental waste.

Cleaning: Hand wash only. Use a damp cloth with mild, biodegradable soap to spot-clean dirt. Do not use bleach, caustic cleaners, or technical solvents.

Drying: Always air dry your gear in the shade. Never use a mechanical dryer, as high heat can damage buckles and waterproof linings.

Storage: Ensure the bag is completely dry before storing it in a cool, dry place to prevent mildew.
